Sleevehouse

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 21, 2026. This page is for the Sleevehouse / Cardanize inventory app. It is not legal advice.

Who we are

Sleevehouse organizes, stores, catalogs, and helps sell or return sports cards for collectors. The first client collection is operated as a consignment test. The app is used by staff and, later, by invited collection owners.

What we collect

What we do not put in the public website files

SportsCardsPro and CardSight API keys stay in Settings and the private cloud project. They are not published in the downloadable site files.

How we use data

Vendors that may see card data

Those companies process data under their own policies. We send only what is needed for that feature.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. A collection owner can be shown only their collection. Staff who operate Sleevehouse can see collections they are assigned to. We may share data if required by law, or with a processor we hire to host or repair the app.

Retention

Card records and photos stay until the collection is returned, deleted at the owner’s request, or we no longer need them to run the service and keep tax / consignment records.

Your choices

Staff can export a JSON or CSV backup from Settings. Collection owners can ask us to correct or delete their collection. If you signed in with Google or email, you can ask us to remove that login from the collection.

Children

The staff app is for operators. We do not intend the public download to collect data from children under 13.

Security

Access is limited by Firebase rules and, when enabled, collection invites. No method is perfect. Do not forward invite links. Do not screenshot API keys.
